Description |
A page printed on one side, showing the information related to the dimit of Samuel Sherwood from Morton Commandery No. 4. A form printed in black ink except for the first letter, which is illuminated with red ink. In the center of the form is a stamped red seal made up of a radiant passion cross with a banner across the horizontal leg with the words Morton Commandery, and with No. 4 and K.T. on each of the tail ends of the banner below the horizontal leg. New York is written in white across the horizontal leg. A monogram of three letters, IHS, is at the crossing point of the two legs. On top of the lower part of the vertical leg is a shield shape that has a Templar cross in the center with the letters INRI in each of the corners. The cross in the center is surrounded by a square shape with each side curved out , each with lettering, as follows: |
